
Combine mangoes, onion, chilli, sultanas, vinegar, salt and ginger in large bowl. Cover, stand at room temperature for several hours, or overnight. Place the mixture in large pan, stir in sugar, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally about 1ΒΌ hours or until mixture is thickened. Pour into hot, sterilized jars; seal jars while hot.
